Beim Aufruf der Website können technisch erforderliche Server log data durch den Hostinganbieter verarbeitet werden, insbesondere IP-Adresse, Zeitpunkt, angeforderte Ressource, Referrer und Browserinformationen. Die Verarbeitung dient dem sicheren und stabilen Betrieb der Website.
Contact and application forms
If you contact us via the Get Involved page, we process the information you provide solely to handle your enquiry and potentially initiate cooperation. The forms use server-side protection against automated abuse and flooding. No MySQL database is used for this purpose.
Storage period
Enquiries are stored only for as long as necessary to process them, for possible cooperation or to meet statutory retention obligations. Enquiries that are not pursued further should then be deleted.
Cookies and tracking
The current construction page does not use analytics or marketing cookies and does not integrate external tracking services. A technically necessary session may be set for CSRF protection of the forms.
Your rights
Under the GDPR, you have rights including access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a competent data protection supervisory authority.
Project status notice
The timelines, development milestones and project information published on Horror-Escape.de reflect the current planning status and are non-binding. Realisation of Horror-Escape.de depends on external support and in particular on securing suitable commercial premises, viable financing and sufficient support from investors, sponsors, contributors and other project partners. The current target launch date is 07 January 2030. If essential requirements cannot be met in time, the schedule may need to be adjusted. If, by 2030, neither suitable commercial premises nor viable financing or sufficient support from investors, sponsors and partners can be secured, implementation may no longer be economically or organisationally viable; in that case, we reserve the right not to proceed with, or to discontinue, the project.
